Our Services
Chiropractic
☀️ A hands-on healthcare approach that focuses on the spine and nervous system to improve overall health. By gently realigning the body, chiropractic care helps reduce pain, restore function, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
☀️ At Happy Days Chiropractic we use a Thuli drop table to deliver specific adjustments without the need for all the twisting and loud cracking. (If that’s what you prefer and are used to, we can also supply the twist/”crack”)
☀️ We do manually adjust the head/neck, but also have active certification in activator methods 1&2 for those that need a softer approach but will all the benefits. We exclusively use activator method 2 protocol to handle jaw/TMJ issues without the need for force.
☀️ We treat newborns, infants, mommas, children, families, and individuals.

Acupuncture
🌿A gentle, natural therapy done with or without the use of needles to balance the body’s energy, reduce pain, and support overall wellness. A cornerstone for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for over 2,500 years.
ALL ages can benefit from acupuncture! The methods used will vary depending on age, technique, and tolerance.
Example of treatment based on age:
🌿 0-2yrs old: “Shonishin” aka non-insertive tools instead of actual needles
🌿 2-5 yrs: Most respond best with non-needle tools or acupressure
🌿6-12yrs: Can usually handle regular acupuncture with very fine needles but treatment times are only 5-10 minutes in length depending on the child
🌿13+yrs: Typically standard treatment times, and can handle adult needles
Never forced, always with the consent of the child and at their pace, not mine
Craniosacral fascial Therapy (CFT)
☀️ A gentle therapy that releases tension throughout the body from head to toes. Helping improve muscle function, relieve pain, and support overall movement and wellness.
☀️Non-walking children/babies all receive some CFT during their normal chiropractic treatment at no additional cost.
☀️ CFT is an amazing full body therapy but can be focused on one problem area like the shoulder, hip, knee, etc.
☀️ For infants, CFT can support easier feeding, reduce colic or reflux, improve sleep, and promote calm, relaxed development.
☀️ For adults, it may ease headaches, jaw pain, muscle tension, and stress while improving overall mobility and wellbeing.
☀️ Because CFT is so gentle, it’s safe and effective for people of all ages.

“It was a joy to have you work on R this morning! Thanks for all the information and tips and for the connections up at Palmer. So very thankful! R just had one of his most relaxed feeds which is significant :)!”
